Glass Generation Capture Post-Tour Melancholy in New Single 'Colors'

Los Angeles underground outfit Glass Generation returns with 'Colors', a striking blend of melodic textures and raw emotion. Formed in 2019, the band has quickly made a name for themselves by fusing the urgency of post-hardcore with contemporary pop-punk grit.

Written by Stefan Kennedy following a Southwest tour, 'Colors' captures the isolating shift from the high of life on the road back to everyday redundancy. To capture this specific mood, the band collaborated with Ben Hughes of Stateside, successfully leaning into the highly influential 2010s Will Yip production style. The result is an explosive yet introspective track anchored by layered guitars and vulnerable vocals that hit close to home.
