Josh Earle delivers raw honesty on new rap single 'Letter To My Kids'

After ten years away from the microphone, Massachusetts rapper Josh Earle has returned to music out of pure necessity. Following a difficult divorce in 2023, he needed a way to process his emotions and express how much he missed his two children, who are now 12 and 8. He wrote 'Letter To My Kids' on a Thursday night at a bar and recorded it the very next day at Graybeard Recording Studios with engineer Monty Dale.

Influenced by the direct storytelling of Eminem, the track features a dark, heavy, and deeply reflective mood. Instead of going back to fix minor vocal imperfections, Earle chose to leave the song exactly as it was recorded, capturing the true weight of the moment. It is a incredibly personal release that values real human emotion over clean studio editing, offering a comforting voice to anyone else going through the pain of family separation.
