Filipino artist Kenan brings a relaxed, groovy feel to his track 'Hibang', a pop-RnB single about having a major crush but never quite finding the nerve to say anything. Sung in Tagalog, the song pairs catchy melodies with a warm, jazzy rhythm section that makes it a great fit for a late-night drive.
Influenced by acoustic pop artists like Jason Mraz and John Mayer, Kenan built the track old-school style, starting with the chorus melody before sketching out the rest. Juggling life as a volleyball coach by day and a musician by night, he delivers a natural, honest track built on solid rhythm and everyday charm.
